Shipping Policy:
- Credit card payments are processed through Ace Up Motorsports.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped within 48 hours, unless items are special order or on back-order.
- Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days via UPS ground or Fedex Ground.
- Free shipping offer applies only to the contiguous 48 states. For orders outside the continental U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote.
At Ace Up Motorsports, we aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Below are the key details of our return policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Special Order Parts and items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team or navigate in your account to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the refund.

International Returns:
